All I know is based upon my experience and what I have witnessed, only quite stupid and ignorant people would have an opinion that Mr. Brown is not qualified based upon observations of emotionally disturbed politicians and really stupid talking heads.

Only dreamland idiots come to conclusions of judgement about individuals in hours or days about projects that will require years of effort.
