Nothing partisan about holding the guilty accountable.
And if the democrat governor of LA did something wrong, add her to the guilty list. And maybe she did. But ultimately it it Bush's responsibility for something this big. Because the neglect happened in Mississippi too, a GOP white area.

You can add the GOP congress to the list of the guilty. They agreed with Bush and approved the levee funding cuts. Plus they gave Bush a blank check to send all our Guard troops and equipment to Iraq when they were needed much more back home.

Whenh Delay finally appeared 3 days after the hurricane, he smiled and said everything was going fine because his evengelical churchy friends were helping the refugees. What a crock. delay is the mosy unethical man in DC. Yet he takes the Lord's name in vain by hiding behind christianity.
