Right. They have time to cut the emergency phone lines in Jefferson parish, but they can't make a phone call to allow Hattiesburg to unload the trucks...

Again, you don't have any idea what the facts are. That poor man was in no condition to speak on these matters.

As to Hattiesburg, they are in very a manageable situation compared to the coast. Not to say they weren't hit, but their damage was minimal compared to the coast. And there has been no loss of life in that area.

You'd be bitching and raising hell if resources were being committed to non-life-threatening situations around Hattiesburg while people are dying in New Orleans.

You people are the worst hypocrites on earth. As I heard one Democrat say on the radio a few minutes ago, "I think the Democrats may be just a little bit too happy about the events".

This is precisely the case on this board.
