"As to Hattiesburg, they are in very a manageable situation compared to the coast. Not to say they weren't hit, but their damage was minimal compared to the coast. And there has been no loss of life in that area."

Sure they are. But they need the ice, water and food. Which, by the way, is already on site. All that is needed is a phone call. I personally wouldn't complain about taking a minute or two to do that.

As far as the cut phone lines, he claims it was done. Are you saying he imagined it? I cannot fathom how you feel he is in no condition to report an event that happened. Try and assign motivation to it, you might have a point. But he was just reporting an event. I suppose you think he was in no condition to report on his emergency director's mother drowning.

You are in no position to talk about anybody's hypocrisy.

You'd be bitching and raising hell if resources were being committed to non-life-threatening situations around Hattiesburg while people are dying in New Orleans.

What about the medical ships that still haven't arrived? How about the aircraft carrier that is still loading up helicopters? How come the nat. guard didn't get to NO until Friday? How come Condi Rice was shopping for shoes in NYC on Wednesday? Did you know that the woman you consider so brilliant was embarassed into going back to DC by the blogs? Why was Bush at a fundraiser in San Diego rather than the WH after the worst disaster in American history? Why is the VP still in Wyoming....couldn't pull himself away from his fishing?

You people are the worst hypocrites on earth. As I heard one Democrat say on the radio a few minutes ago, "I think the Democrats may be just a little bit too happy about the events".

Who was that.....Zell jerkoff from GA? Trust me when I tell you, most people are so pissed.......you will be lucky if there is a GOP party after this is all said and done. So you can take your "you people" and shove it where the sun don't shine.

BTW even your fellow neocons like Tucker Carlson change their tune when they get into the disaster area.

Have a nice day!
