I don't think the Administration's response was "perfect". I just think it has been excellent given the circumstances. Perfect would mean that nobody ever had to wait for food or water. But that obviously isn't a reasonable expectation. To have evacuated all these people to shelters in other cities and states in the face of this kind of catastrophe, in the course of five days, is nothing short of miraculous.
