The disorder didn't occur until later. The longer you wait, the more disorder occurs. That happens everywhere.

The unwillingness to put enough National Guard in New Orleans is what caused the disorder.

Maybe you know better than most, but I was under a wrong impression that US cities would not have to first be taken by military force from the "enemy" before the rescue can begin.

Maybe, to prepare for future disasters, this "enemy" needs to be locked up and kept in prisons. Sounds about as important as the work on the levees.


Hmmmm........if you believe the nonsense up above, then I have a couple of bridges to sell you.

And btw I don't want hear any complaints from your re. the roving gangs in NO. They are the product of the capitalist system you so admire.
