Taro, Unless you are hispanic and black, both in the same person, no way you could know this for sure.

Not really. I had this professor in college who was much more of an expert on Korean history, literature, and language than I am. Should I claim that he has no idea what it means to be Korean-American just because he's white?

As for Ted's comment, I agree with him. Blacks do indeed have it worse than Hispanics. However, I think Ted and I will disagree vehemently when it comes to examining the causes of this problem.

This is bull, Ted. Unless you are hispanic and black, both in the same person, no way you could know this for sure. Or possibly, if you married a hisp woman, maybe you could know better.

Forget that I know Latinos and blacks. All I have to do is look at the demographic statistics to know that blacks in this country are worse off.
