Just 1 comment, a federal state of emergency was declared on the 27th. Some of the logistics problems should have been solved by the 31st(96 hours later). Were they? If not who is responsible?

Re: the size of the disaster: Looked for countries and/or states about 90,000 sq miles or so, look at this site....Maybe people can look at the size of their state or country, and see what the physical size of this actually is in comparison:
