It probably went for bomb detectors and shoe inspectors at the airport. All the stuff you need for a terrorist attack. I'm sure an accounting will be done.

Well it's a fair bet a majority of it went to wages/benefits say seventy five percent?
Still would leave a _hit pot of money for hard assets, consultation or what have ya.
