They've been there just over a long weekend and already you are complaining. Unbelievable. I'm not complaining. They are. They think they are permanent residents while Houston thought they were merely a waypoint. The tiny state I live in has taken 70,000 of these victims and several thousand are in the local convention center here. Nobody begrudges them this. However, after FEMA has leased cruise ships to handle these people, Houston has said, "The Astrodome is a temporary stopoff, not a home", and the refugees refuse to relocate to the provided facilities? I don't know. This doesn't seem like a great start to me.
