Glad to see you making excuses of the kind you would not accept from FEMA. That hardly explains why the Mayor didn't use his busses. Given Orcheduds thoughts, it would not be unfair of me to suggest the Mayor is largely responsible for 10's of thousands miseries and many deaths. Those flooded busses could have done a lot of good both before and after Katrina hit.
