I wasn't talking about Chevron Pascagoula. I was talking about the St Bernard Parish facilities, that are covered in flood water (ie, Murphy Oil, Chalmette Refining and Conoco Phillips). Pascagoula's a piece of cake compared to the other 3, but it still remains to be seen how functional it's gonna be....at least they're on dry land!
