That leaves open the issue of sanctions, which I assume the judge will determine.

I think it only fair that we "consult" Zwebner about what might be fair in the way of sanctions. For example, here is what he demanded against SI:

Mr. Zwebner stated: "We have filed these Motions for Contempt violations, and we move the court for entry of an order for civil contempt fines in the amount of $100,000 per day, so long as these companies continue to violate the injunction." Message 21422628

So if we take the duration of the Turner Broadcasting lawsuit, multiply each day by $100,000...
