Pecan Pie ...( with lite whip-cream )

cause it's soooooooo easy to make !
(keep the oven a little on the cool side , use little
maple syrup instead of sugar )

And a nice salad with his dressing , and maybe some Cajun
Blackened Ahi with sauce remoulade & lemon. Easy too and soooo good !

You'll both sleep like angels after that ....
