All over the place. Most major and many minor categories of spending have increased. Military spending, education spending, spending on roads, homeland security spending, and agriculture spending have all noticeably increased. Social Security and medicare spending have gone up by many billions (but to cut or seriously restrain the growth of entitlements would require a change in the applicable laws not just a budget change). Foreign aid has gone up. Its hard to think of a major category that hasn't gone up.
