10:35 DY Dycom downgraded to Neutral at DA Davidson (18.82 -0.49) -Update-

DA Davidson downgrades DY to Neutral from Buy as the anticipated recovery in demand for telecommunications infrastructure led by last mile initiatives appears to be developing at a slower rate than they had expected. Although firm remains optimistic about the long-term opportunity in this market and DY's position as a market leader, these delays are likely to lead to slower growth over the near-term.

[Harry: ADTN guidance suggests a different story with specfic carriers in the business segment.]

I watch the market averages vis-a-vis the Aroon Oscillator, which in the past has been a good predictor of upcoming moves.

Currently, the aroon oscillator for the daily Dow Jones, S&P and Nasdaq Composite is very, very bullish in that it is putting in a low, and getting ready to shoot up, while the market has been moving up.

I don't know how high the markets may go, but I think we are in for a nice ride up.
