Ted missed a lot before he was born. No amount of classes and books can replace living through things. Ted is a great example of that.

Ted's about my age, so he would have been maybe in 2nd grade back then.

I remember only because I grew up right outside of D.C.

You have the entire net at your disposal.....learn the difference between an airplane crash and a natural disaster. FEMA typically doesn't respond to airplane crashes, just natural disasters.
