didn't new environmental standards ex. calf go into effect this year for diesel? in my part of the country pa. diesel was just as high in relation to gasoline last year as this year. i haven't really notice a big jump in diesel prices.

I think it was a couple of years ago i notice diesel catching up to gasoline and i figured it was the cost of cleaning up a very dirty product.
