If something is fishy with the Haliburton bids, then their competitors should take legal action. I have to say Haliburton's competitors don't want their employees getting killed in Iraq.

Chinu, you roll over too easy. If you followed the link he gave and the discussion that follows, it shows that it was an old contract. They just reopened it and lumped on a bunch of new work. Same as a no bid scenario.
