I'll bet Bush was as surprised as his Poppy was by those supermarket scanners!" Any idea how many people there are living in New York City that don't have a car so they could "drive out"? The whole, poor people couldn't drive out arguement seems rather silly. Any big "lived in" city has a ton of people that don't own a car and or "Don't drive".
