Either one, concrete domes are almost tornado proof though. Geodesics of 2x4 stud construction are pretty resilient also. Back in the 90's I did a fair amount of research on them. They require less material than a conventional home, but they are labor intensive to build. Think about sheet rocking one. Shingling the roofs aren't real easy either. Kit designs do however manage to use 4x8 foot sheets of plywood without any waste.
