The value of a new world currency, a lingua franca of transactions, is comparable with the value of english.

The minute it became obvious that Pay Pal was generating a new money supply, the Governments jumped on it. They don't want competition. It's bad enough for them that the credit card companies are engaging in it.

They almost destroyed Pay-Pal before eBay got it. In fact, that's the reason they sold to them. They didn't have the money to cover the legal attack. Don't expect this to be allowed as a new money source.

you have just witnessed another major paradigm shift happen.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the paradigm shift happened for me 2 years ago when I stopped having a landline at home. I have Skype to call out, and a cellphone for people to call me. Why pay a telco for a landline ?
