What about the people? They were required by law to evacuate those people before the storm and they did not. That is criminal and so is killing them. At the very least, they should have stayed with them. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.

That must have been very hard for the doctors, but I'm glad they got out before the scum of the earth killed them for drugs.
