Nick your US brokerage should have a Canadian side on your account.You don't need a Canadian brokerage or bank. James

TD Waterhouse has a Canadian side and they get the distributions and the tax withholdings right.

I'm currently using ETRADE and I buy any stock on TSX provided they have a US listing as well.So far I did not have any problems.
