It took Bush more than two weeks to figure out that he is responsible for the botched up Katrina efforts.

Yesterday he went on a long story of how he is going to rebuild Gulf Coast. Did not say how he is going to fund it. Probably, he is going to fund it by stealing from the next generation while keeping his buddies happy with the tax cuts.
