MQ have you noticed how elections being decided by ten voters! US, NZ and there's no difference between incumbents and opposition anymore. Guess those contries ran out of ideas or if someone comes up and tells the truth he isn't elected to even to catch straw dogs.

This motto would do NZ much more (think Vancouver and Canada): "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door." And you can build additions or make renovations to your abode much more cost effectively. We have plenty of Mexicans and South Americans in US. That's why there are cries to "close" the border but better for economy to look the other way. Oh, they won't cough and spitoon anymore if the air is clean.
