I agree that a prudent investor should go to sedar or whatever source and do their own extensive due diligence including reviewing news releases from years ago and past performance. I also believe that an investor should put the information in perspective of where we are today, the current shareprice and the prospects going forward. Pyng is a "microcap" company that trades on the Venture exchange, it is currently trading around $.70 . Now I want you to look at any other company with a current market cap and share price trading on the same exchange and review their news releases and past performance (especially during the market bubble) and find one that doesn't have some of the same issues that you and others have been posting about over and over and over again. In fact, I believe you would be hard pressed to find a company with the potential Pyng has going forward. Does Pyng have some skeletons in the closet "YES" , could they have done things better "YES" but this is true for most every publically traded company.

For the most part I don't disagree of much of what you and other "old timers" have posted but have an issue with, what I believe, is a personal bias towards management and now some others who post on this board. In your research you should also review the posts on this board over the past few months and look at how many times the same issue with management has been posted and beaten to death.

Again, It is a matter of perspective. I have an average cost of shares I would guess under $.40 and have taken profits off the table, still hold a healthy amount of shares and look forward to Pyng appreciating in share value in the near future. If I had bought my shares years ago @ $3.00 (not saying that you did) and still holding shares from all those years ago I would have a very different perspective. All I am saying at the current share price Pyng has much more going for it then not.
