The prime candidate for your proposed "under taxation" evaluation right now may well be Ireland. Maybe you should check on the current state of economy and GNP growth? Or check on a couple of the new European states like Estonia with a flat 15% tax if my memory serves me right. It may well be worth the hell of it to slam an 80% top bracket on every single >1 million income in the US just to keep people like you quiet. Again, that wouldn't add much to the tax revenue bottom line. But I know, that's not your point either. Taro
