KT,

Bob Lutz of GM has a helicopter. I think he might be looking for work next year and may be motivated to sell his.

I can ask him for you, when we are both standing in the Michigan unemployment lines (which we drove to in Japanese cars).

I would rent one of those giant bubbles the kids like to hop around in. Duct tape that thing up and just ride it out.

Good Luck
TH

Due to a series of events I found myself in my old stomping grounds off broadway. Even though there was a hurricane I was able to pick up two girls and saw several others before 10pm. Its good to see that the street action is still alive and well back home.

shoesize13,
both were picked up off broadway between the southern end and 45 I don't rememeber names.

First was older wsw late 40's early 50's with a nice rack, free bbbj. She normally works federal and belvadere and lives in a trailer in that area but she packed up a couple of bags and started walking to her friends apartment off 45 b/c of the hurricane. I picked her up in the rain at the southern end of broadway, she was happy to be out of the rain and not walking hence the free action. She gave good service and was very friendly if I'm ever near fed and belv I'll keep an eye out for her.

Second was Islandy type bsw at a shitty convience store near 45 and broadway. I stopped to get a drink for the ride back home and when I was leaving this girl just got in, she said she heard a honk so she got in the closest vehicle (now thats well trained sw) I told her I was already set but she lowered her fs price to $20 and we were off. I didn't ask her name because two reasons; one she wasn't wearing shoes and two she was out in the rain.

-oh yeah time- I can't really remember but it was prob around 7-8. I think the hurrican had a lot to do with them wandering around then. I saw a thick bsw in a pancho and another bsw walking around in that same time range.

Hi Mike,

"Shoot, Craig, it's several hours drive to the airport now, and then the flights will be cancelled."

Sorry to hear about the traffic mess. Sounds to me like they should have evacuated by zip code or some such rather that just telling everyone at once to get out. Not sure if Houstonians would have complied but it couldn't have hurt.

And I've read of tremendous delays once you are at the airport. In particular, a lot of the security people have evacuated so now that job function is way understaffed.
