There are lots of Chinawomen too you know. Not to mention Chinachildren. Overall, there are 1.3 billion Chinese. I think bribery is a lot better than force. Leave people to choose what they do in response to an advantageous offer. Humans do very well with self-determined offer and acceptance. We do very badly with the olde style dominance way of life. You want to bring back Saddam? Pol Pot? Mao? Stalin? Adolf? Meanwhile, I note freeways are jammed heading out of Rita's path. But freeway lanes heading towards Rita are empty. One would think the freeways would be turned into one way systems OUT. the jams are absurd. Authorities just don't seem to be able to figure things out. I'm surprised people don't just start using the other side of the freeway, going down the off-ramps to get on. Mqurice
