These guys have played both sides of the fence before. Pitting Iraq against Iran...and then secretly arming Iran as well. The result is a blood bath wherein the work you want done is done for you. Pitting Arab against Arab. While the oil flows out under the mayhem.

If we hadn't seen it before I'd be inclined to hope that it is not the case. But many of the same diabolical minds involved before are at the controls again.
