I was responding to TW's remark that Clinton was responsible for the deaths of children at Waco. If that is true then Bush is responsible for the deaths of the Soldiers and all the Iraqis that they have killed.

I think it is ridiculous to claim either. Is there some responsibility? Yes, but does it rise to the level that blood is on their hands as if they did it themselves? No.
