That isn't exactly what I said. You said "What we need is a government that is not run by big business." You didn't single out the FDA.

Even with the FDA I think its an exaggeration to say that corporate interests run it, but they do have a lot of influence. In some cases or in some ways I'd agree that they have too much influence. That is far from being the only problem with the FDA.
