Right-o and it's not just FEMA obstructionism, it's the entire Republican government. Not only do they fail to govern, they obstruct others from pitching in and helping.

At first it looked like a Norquist (public enemy number 1) purposeful government muck up to make government look pointless and weak, now I think this is actually how Republicans govern...incompetently with massive overcharges and billions of dollars just lost or stolen.

So the Saudis and the Arab League think that Iraq and the region are in big-big trouble (DUH) and the Brits and others think that Afghanistan is on the cusp of civil war (ALSO DUH).

Where have these people been? Iraq has been deteriorating since those vases were looted after the fall of Saddam. It's been 100% delusion and preening and self-congratulatory crappola ever since.
