Re: "Saddam was AGAINST Islamic extremists. He killed many-many of them. He would never-ever allow Al Qaida to infiltrate his country. The first thing Al Qaida would want to do would be to topple Saddam."

You are arguing against notions which I didn't suggest.

Duh.

Re: "Saddam was totally un-religions and secular. Not a religious bone in Saddam's body"

You've said that about 13 times now, and I haven't suggested otherwise. Hello?

Re: "he made PR moves toward the palestinian cause but that's it."
I'd have sworn you yourself realized earlier that he PAID families of suicide bombers, which is far more that PR, thank-you, ya think? Duh!

Re: "No way he had Al Qaida in his country."

I'd point out again that you can't know that, but you don't seem to understand logic when it comes to the fact that you can't prove a negative statement. Your assertion might be likely if we didn't know the '92 bomb builder was harbored in Baghdad. If we didn't know Baghdad gave medical treatment to an Al Qaeda leader during the Afghanistan war. And as I've accurately noted, Saddam's Baghdad Bob praised the acts of Al Qaeda on 9/11 (this reality doesn't seem to creep into the soup you call information) and promised more, exactly as though he were an instigator himself, or had knowledge of the perpetrators plans, himself. Since we also know Saddams people in fact met with Al Qaeda people along the way, what do YOU suppose they talked about? The weather?
