Bush has appointed way too many unqualified cronies to very important top jobs. Starting in 2000 making Condi Rice security advisor, despite no security experience. Come to think of it GW himself was unqualified. rawstory.com

While fixing the intelligence around the policy...Bush was busy telling the American people that he hoped things could be solved without going to war.

He lied...plain as day. He wanted to go to war...then looked for ways to justify it...then told Americans that he hoped war could be avoided. That's clearly not what he hoped for, nor was it his policy. That's lying.
