PHPG - great series of posts Gary. The lack of very specific numbers in this type of PR is largely a function of the industry. I doubt we will ever see specific numbers from PHPG for any specific sub-contracting arrangement. This provides fodder for generic bashers, but, as you mention, soon should be overcome by top and bottom line improvement noted each quarter going forward. The spread .73 x .96 allows a sell to influence the chart so we need volume on this one. Someone selling a few shares here at the bid makes the stock down 16% even with the good PR.
