I call exposing one's genitals as part of an attempt to induce another to participate in any masturbation or sex as an assault. That may also be the law. Suggesting in this case that Lying under oath about the fact that one exposed ones genial to a subordinate so they could participate in masturbation on dozens of occasions in the work place is OK I believe defines shear stupidity. I heard analysis of the Delay case and it is idiotic on it's face. The case against Frist I believe is also idiotic.
