They are requesting $250 Billion in Federal money. $50 BILLION in Open ended grants...Jeezzz...where do I sign up. This will be the biggest money grab yet. And if Bush doesn't give it he will be an SOB! I've already told ya where most of the reconstruction jobs are going....illegales...et al.
