Actually I still carry some 0% balances. I just can't pass when they offer it. Balances make my credit score lower, but I still can't pass when "free money" is offered. I have my own "carry trade". Also I need money to buy poots. I'm a compulsive poot buyer. -g- RBS has 2% minimum payment on $10,000 balance, but BofA minimum is still just $10 on $8,000 balance.
