Well, I am certainly not going to defend Brown, I think hes a SISSY myself, but I also think Louisianna was SO CORRUPT that they were INCAPABLE of defending themselves. I live in a hurricane area, I dont EXPECT FEMA to be of ANY HELP during or just after a hurricane cause I know they are not set up for that, and dont have the forces to do that. IF you feel the FEDERAL GOVT has to carry your sorry ass out of harms way then you MUST vote for MILITARY CONTROL with state and local politicians OUT OF THE PICTURE. Tell me how many Govenors are willing to sign over their power. As to BUSH, personally I dont expect my President to go down and drive a bus. jdn
