Bob, in IE go to tools>internet options>advanced tab the next to last item is "warn if changing between secure and not secure mode" By the way: this did NOT work for me, i.e. that box still pops up on my brokers secure site.

This can also be caused by content advisor. It needs to be disabled. Tools/Internet Options/Content/click on disable. That is usually disabled by default so this might not be of help but since you are on a company workstation, this may have been changed. you also may not be able to change this setting either. Also, MSFT is addressing this in an upcoming hotfix. It is a known issue. But, depending on what operating system you are using, the hotfix may not apply, I think it will only work for XP.
