Have you checked out some of the condos that were completed earlier this year up in WPB to see if they are occupied yet? Many still dark and vacant (perhaps 70-80% vacancy) here in Broward and many more almost completed buildings are coming on line soon. So much for those flippers camping out for days to get on the waiting list of new developments. I imagine most waiting on 1 year no flip clause and a strong winter season. Many will have to end up being end users<g>
