I am on an undergraduate admissions body admitting 1500 students per year to higher level study within our university and have never observed that information on any form that admission reviewers see. It is even less likely for admission at the graduate level. For financial aid it might be a consideration but not for admission, and financial aid is not necessary for most graduate schools, particularly HBS. I also review applications for Masters and Phd levels, the parent's profession, income or anything like that is ever presented to the reviewing committee where the decision is made.
