Wait til next year - There is talk about a possible real estate meltdown kicking off a recession, maybe worse. Thanks to President George W. Hoover and his conservative fiscal mgmt of the federal budgets. Also the Senate pork bills; the worst is yet to come for Gulf Coast repairs. By the time all the Senate pork is added, some estimates to fix the states are starting to approach a $trillion including the pork for the Senators projects. Pork is another name for buying re-election votes. Scumbags. The money will be borrowed and paid back by yours and mine grand- and great grandchildren. Unless President HooverII finds his veto backbone - doubtful.

Maybe those owners won't get their asking price.

Don't know when your husband retires but why pay...say...2015 prices when you can pay 2005 prices. Real estate always pays off if you don't turn it over within 5 years.
