I'm thinking that the new law will make Florida the murder capital. Lure your victim to a private area, shoot him and claim he was "threatening" you. He said, the dead guy says nothing. Couple that with innocent until proven guilty...

I'm pro-gun (although I don't have one). I like the idea of an armed citizenry. But this law is isn't about guns, it's about the threshold for killing, regardless of the method. I think it's really dumb to lower the threshold. Off to golf... I'll be careful not to piss anybody off. John
