I'm thinking that the new law will make Florida the murder capital. Lure your victim to a private area, shoot him and claim he was "threatening" you. He said, the dead guy says nothing. Couple that with innocent until proven guilty...

If you can believe it, my cousin supports this law.


I'm pro-gun (although I don't have one). I like the idea of an armed citizenry. But this law is isn't about guns, it's about the threshold for killing, regardless of the method. I think it's really dumb to lower the threshold.

Off to golf... I'll be careful not to piss anybody off.
