It doesn't matter what percentage of your actuions are legal. It is the illegal portion that is important.

That article from stockwatch is really short - Normally when they cover a story it is in great detail and they are journalist who focus on stocks and often are quite good.

I agree that they write this his shorts made him money - they imply by ommission that they were all illegal which they were not. The story is misleading. Many of his shorts were legal.

Having said that I do not by any means imply that Tony deserves to get off for his crimes.
