Find me a victim of his crimes other then the scumbag companies that he is accused of shorting. He may have committed somes minor crimes but for sure they were still minor. Shouldn't the FBI people be more responsible for leaking info then a known short seller who bragged about it in a open forum. This case is being portrayed far beyond what it really is or ever was. Tony made a boatload of money on his site from fee's and knowledge of the market. What he is accussed of making on the inside info is so small it is funny. We have people in wisconsin steal 1/2 million dollars from their employer and they get a slap on the wrist. 3 years behind bars is more then enough punishment for what I still am not sure excatly what he did wrong.
