Like I said, it is not fair, but neither is not being able to vote because of bombing campaign. The picture portrayed by the media is that somehow because Dawa party is in power, they want to push through with this constitution. Ignored in the process is that the motivations of the government may be to keep the country in tact or that US just appointed a bunch of Ba'thists as Sunni representatives without popular support or that there is just no way to hold fair elections in a war zone.
