too darn good for the moderate thread-- Rumsfeld was meeting with the President to give him the latest casualty report. He leaned over and said "Mr. President today we lost 3 Brazilian troops." Bush sat there shaking saying "Oh my God that's terrible. What are we going to do?" Rumsfeld told him that it wasn't that bad and Bush quickly responded by saying, "What do you mean, how many zeros are there in a Brazilian."

I am getting the idea this could become a very big deal, and could spiral out of control if it isn't planned for properly, which is doubtful to begin with if the recent past is any guide.
